THEN AND NOW
Montrose: South and Ferryden Church of Scotland
MSandF Church is a small congregation, formed in 2017 by the union of two local historic churches, Inchbrayock C of S in Church Road, Ferryden and Melville South C of S, in Castle Street, Montrose.
We have kept a 'footprint' on either side of the River Southesk, with our church building and separate hall in Ferryden, and a suite of three halls in Castle Street which were renamed the PHILOS Community Hub.
They were being used for church and outreach activities in the community until being forced to close in March 2020. The Covid-19 lockdowns have given us an opportunity to upgrade the kitchen and toilets and to redecorate the Hub prior to re-opening when we are allowed.
Sunday morning worship is currently observed online via YouTube., premiering at 10.45am.
"Live" Services have cautiously been restated on alternate Sundays at 4.15 pm, with numbers limited due to social distancing regulations. Attendance is only by prior booking. at
When life has fully reopened, evening services will resume in the Hub.
Please join us in our on-line morning services.
We very much look forward to meeting together in person each week when we are permitted to.
